Candles…

Your candle is made out of coconut wax. To get the most out of your purchase:

• Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn.

• When lighting your candle for the first time, allow 3-4 hours for your candle to burn. This allows for a full melt pool to reach the sides of your jar and reduces tunneling. (Allow 1-2 hours for the smaller 4 oz non-painted small glass votive. )

• Do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours.

• Always place candle on a fireproof surface and keep in eyesight at ALL times.

• Allow jar to cool before touching or moving to another location.

Melts…

Your wax melt is made out of soy wax and will be softer than a paraffin wax melt.

• Open your clamshell and gently push out a square with your thumb.

• Keep the remaining squares closed in your clamshell to keep your scent fresh.

• Keep out of direct sunlight. Some fragrance oils can turn wax yellow in direct sunlight. This does not harm the wax or function of the melt, but the physical color will change.

• When using a candle burner, please follow candle advisory of never leaving a lit candle out of sight.

Can I return my candle?

We can not accept returns on candles or melts.

If the candle/melt was damaged in shipping or is not what you ordered, please reach out to us with 24 hours of your delivery to help to rectify the problem.
